Helping people rediscover life beyond health challenges
Whether you’re finding your way after cancer treatment or navigating persistent health challenges*, pain, fatigue and more, Beyond Here offers the support that comes next. Through expert-led workshops and welcoming, uplifting community groups in Hampshire or bespoke one-to-one coaching available online wherever you are, we help people rebuild confidence, understand their experiences, and discover practical ways that can improve wellbeing and create hope for the future.

After Cancer
Completing cancer treatment is a significant milestone, but recovery doesn’t end when treatment does. For many people, life after cancer brings ongoing physical, emotional and practical challenges that can leave you wondering what comes next.
Alongside your medical care, we help you reconnect with what matters to you, rebuild confidence in yourself and your body, and create a life that feels meaningful beyond cancer.

Persistent Health Challenges
Living with persistent symptoms can bring fear and uncertainty. Whether you’re living with chronic pain, fatigue, fibromyalgia, IBS, migraines or other ongoing physical symptoms, it’s easy to feel as though life has become smaller.
If you’re still searching for answers, alongside your medical care, we help you feel more agency over your symptoms, more at ease in your body, and hopeful about the future again.

Our Story
Beyond Here was born from a simple observation.
Through our own experiences of cancer and chronic illness, and through years of supporting people professionally, we recognised that something important was missing after the medical journey. Once appointments reduced, treatment ended, or answers remained uncertain, many people were left wondering, “What happens now?”

Support Us
As a Community Interest Company/Not for Profit, we’re committed to making our programmes as accessible as possible. Every donation, partnership and act of support helps us reach more people living with the long-term impact of cancer and persistent physical symptoms, creating opportunities for connection, learning and improved wellbeing.
There are many ways you can support Beyond Here.
*Persistent Health Challenges – our programmes are designed for persistent symptoms where medical assessment has not identified an ongoing disease or injury as the primary cause.
